Quotation: We provide a formal, detailed proforma invoice (PI) with pricing, specifications, and trade terms (e.g., FOB, EXW).
Sample Testing: We arrange for production samples to be sent to you for evaluation and testing.
Certification Confirmation: We identify and confirm all necessary international certifications and standards required for your target market (e.g., CE, UL, FCC).
Engineering Modifications (Optional): Based on your feedback, we coordinate with the factory to implement any required design or specification changes.
Sample Approval: You provide final confirmation and sign-off on the approved sample.
Contract Signing: A formal Proforma Invoice (PI) or Sales Contract is issued and signed, confirming the order details, pricing, and delivery schedule.
Deposit Payment: You issue the first payment (typically 50% of the total value) to initiate production.
Packaging Approval: We develop packaging samples (box, artwork, manuals) for your confirmation.
Pre-Production Sample Approval: Before mass production begins, a sample from the production line is sent for your final validation.
